A New System for Better Employment and Social Outcomes – “Easy to read” version: 20 pages, large writing – effective content about 5 pages.

SMH (1) and ABC (2) both have articles but neither haven’t mentioned that it’s an interim report which is accepting submissions until August 8th, 2014.
