Facebook “Year in review”, pestering until you share it…

Facebook pesters us with a ready-made “Year in review” hovering in our feed until we share it, but what has Facebooks privacy invading year looked like? #FacebookPrivacy #NeedToKnowBasis

Social engineering: using horrible photo’s of kids for personal gain

Another twisted, greedy person using socially engineered photos for attention.

I specifically didn’t share the link she provided or I would’ve given her page ratings.
This is known as “like/share farming” (1). This persons tag says “SHARE IF YOU CARE, please like my page”, that’s the wrong reason to post a photo of kids who are starving. It should say “I’m a nasty person who posts horrible photos because I want attention so I can watch my “like” and “share” numbers go through the roof, ignore me”.

Facebook allows you to register as an organ donor and donate to a registered charity, but they don’t donate when you like or share (2).
